This Cookeville home had a severely low crawl space with a failing vapor barrier, bare soil, high humidity, and sagging floors — so The Crawlspace Kings went in and did a full encapsulation, running heavy-duty liner across the floor and up the foundation walls, poured new concrete footings and installed adjustable steel jack posts to lift and stabilize the structure, and finished it off with an AprilAire dehumidifier to keep moisture under control year-round.
